The Shuko-Kan was built in 1983 as welfare facility for students. The two-story building with a floor space of 888 m² includes a cafeteria, a health room, a counseling room, and a school store on the first floor. It also houses various students, service rooms on the second floor; a music room, and a room for the student council.
